Covid-19 affected events

For current client bookings, and where appropriate, we’re looking at options including;

  • Transferring bookings to the rescheduled event (at no extra cost)
  • Credit notes to be used against other events
  • Refunds (terms apply)

New event bookings will only be processed for events taking place on or after 1st August 2020.

I’m sure like us, the recent Covid-19 outbreak is presenting new and challenging situations for you, your family and your business.

It’s a rapidly changing landscape and we’re doing everything we can to follow relevant expert advice.

We’re monitoring advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Public Health England, as well as that of local government.

It’s looking like the world of mass events is going to have to be put on hold for the time being, which obviously presents our company with unprecedented scenarios.

I appreciate you might be looking forward to an event (having put time and effort into arranging and inviting key people) or, are planning to do something in the near future.

It’s always our goal to provide excellent high-class event experiences for our clients and we’re doing everything we can to make sure this happens.

As you’re probably aware, the current government advice to avoid mass gatherings and social venues has affected the international sports, music and cultural events sector hugely (Including The Glastonbury Festival, The O2 Arena, Premier League Football, Six Nations Rugby, The Boat Race and others being put on hold).

This means, if not already done so, many of the events that we specialise in are being rescheduled or rearranged and this is likely to continue to the end of the 2020 summer (or until the virus is under control).

We’re working with our partners, venues and suppliers to make sure we explore all possible options (always with safety and client satisfaction at the fore).

We’re also working on a new insurance offering and payment model that will safeguard customers even more.

For current client bookings and where appropriate, we’re looking at potential options including;

  • Transferring of bookings to the rescheduled event (at no extra cost)
  • Credit notes to be used against other events
  • Refunds (terms apply)

Each event and booking is different so, if you’re concerned about an event you’ve booked or are thinking of booking, get in touch and we’ll do our best to advise.

Keep well and kind regards,

Oliver B Pimblett
